I am PhD student in Computational and Quantitative Biology at Laboratory of Protein Design & Immunoengineering, EPFL co-supervised by Prof. Bruno Correia and Prof. Michael Bronstein. I did my MS in Applied Math and Computer Science at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and at Université Grenoble Alpes. I have interned at Inria Rhône-Alpes and Laboratoire Jean Kuntzmann, where I was working with Dr. Sergei Grudinin.
I am mainly interested geometric learning and its application in scientific domains such as biology and chemistry. I am especially focused on using geometric deep learning for protein-protein interactions and drug discovery.
